Service description
ClawHost provides managed hosting for OpenClaw, an open-source AI agent. You receive a dedicated Ubuntu VPS with OpenClaw pre-installed. You are responsible for how you use your agent.
Your VPS
Your agent VPS is a dedicated KVM virtual machine. You have full root SSH access. You may install software, run scripts, and modify the configuration. You may not use the VPS to: send spam, conduct denial-of-service attacks, host illegal content, or violate Interserver's acceptable use policy.
WhatsApp integration
If you connect WhatsApp via the unofficial Baileys library, you do so at your own risk. WhatsApp may ban accounts using unofficial clients. ClawHost recommends using the official WhatsApp Business API. We are not responsible for account bans.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Founding member pricing is locked for the life of your subscription — if you cancel and resubscribe, the locked rate does not apply. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. Refunds are at our discretion.
Uptime
We target 99.5% uptime for the ClawHost dashboard. Agent uptime depends on Interserver infrastructure. OpenClaw is managed by systemd and auto-restarts on crash. We do not guarantee uptime for third-party AI APIs (DeepSeek, OpenAI).
Limitation of liability
ClawHost is not liable for data loss, AI model outputs, third-party service outages, or actions taken by your AI agent. Always export your memory regularly.
